The Service is provided by 9JI.ai. By accessing and using the Service, including subscriptions and purchases, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including but not limited to registered users, visitors, content contributors, and subscribers.
The Service provides an AI-driven voice chat platform for anonymous, immersive role-playing experiences, offering real-time voice interactions, emotional companionship, and personalized private content. We reserve the right to update or modify the Service’s features and content at any time without prior notice.
To access the full benefits of the Service, including but not limited to premium features such as extended chat durations, special AI roles, or customized private content, you must purchase a Service subscription. If you purchase a Service subscription, the following terms apply:
(i) Auto-Renewing Subscriptions: By purchasing a renewable Service subscription (where applicable), you agree that your subscription will automatically renew monthly, quarterly, or annually (as selected) upon expiration unless you cancel the subscription.
(ii) Recurring Charges: You authorize Apple or Google (or their respective service providers, as applicable) to process payments for any renewing subscriptions. Subscription prices will be displayed at the time of purchase. You will be charged the then-current monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription price plus any applicable taxes for the same subscription plan. Renewal subscription payments will follow the same billing cycle as your current subscription. For example, if your current subscription payment is processed on the 20th of each month, renewal payments will continue on that date. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, additional terms and conditions may apply upon renewal, and subscription fees may change at any time. If your subscription plan is no longer available, your renewable subscription will automatically terminate, and no further payments will be required.
(iii) Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the respective options in the App Store or Google Play. For refunds related to subscriptions, you must contact Apple or Google (as applicable). 9JI.ai is not responsible for any refunds related to subscriptions.

(3) User-Generated Content Responsibility: You understand and agree that information uploaded, shared, or transmitted by users of the Service does not represent the views of 9JI.ai, and we are not responsible for such content. You are responsible for evaluating the content provided by other users and bear all risks associated with its use, including reliance on its accuracy, completeness, or legality. 9JI.ai is not liable for any legal responsibility arising from such content.
(4) Content Restrictions: You agree that any content you upload, post, or share through the Service, including symbols, text, or images, will not violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights. You must not provide content or services that induce addiction in minors or contain material harmful to their physical or mental health. You are solely responsible for any adverse consequences arising from such content, and if it causes losses to 9JI.ai, you will be liable for compensation. If a rights holder claims infringement due to your content, 9JI.ai may, upon verification, remove, block, or disable the disputed content and take measures such as issuing warnings, restricting account functionality, suspending use, closing accounts, or prohibiting re-registration. You may appeal through the contact channels provided in this agreement, and we will promptly review and respond.
(5) Prohibited Actions: You must not exploit network vulnerabilities, malware, or other illegal means to disrupt the normal operation of the Service. Depending on the severity, 9JI.ai may issue warnings, require corrections, restrict account functionality, suspend use, close accounts, or prohibit re-registration. If your actions constitute a crime, 9JI.ai may refer the matter to judicial authorities. You may appeal through the contact channels provided in this agreement, and we will promptly review and respond.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party sites. You should independently evaluate whether to access these links.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the Service’s availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
(1) Service Modifications: You understand and agree that we may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time, and we may also stop providing the Service to you or impose new restrictions at any time. If we decide to terminate the Service, you may not make any claims against us under any circumstances.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms, including issues regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre ("HKIAC") for final resolution under the current HKIAC Arbitration Rules, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

If you believe the Service infringes your intellectual property or other rights, or if you identify illegal, false, or non-compliant usage, you may submit complaint materials to the contact email provided below. Upon receipt, we will promptly investigate and, if confirmed, take reasonable actions such as stopping content generation, transmission, or removal of offending content, and respond to you. Generally, we will process and respond to complaints within 15 business days. If further investigation is needed, we will communicate the status to you promptly.
(2) Appeals: If you believe we have improperly restricted your ability to use the Service, you may submit appeal materials to the contact email provided below. Appeals must include your name, account information, current account status, the reason for the restriction, and the action you request to restore your access.
